Estimated Time of Finishing Details & Suite Reveals – approximately 5:00 p.m.
- Teams depart from Sheraton Fort Worth at 1:30 p.m. and have the afternoon to plan, purchase items and execute “Extreme Suite Makeovers” for 8 suites at the Ronald McDonald House. Teams must return to Sheraton Fort Worth no later than 6 p.m. – therefore, we estimate the best visual will be at approximately 5 p.m.
- Media are welcome to photograph or interview earlier in the afternoon. However, due to the diverse nature and locations of the teams’ activities, please make advance arrangements through Julie Hatch, 817.919.7648, ccjhatch@sbcglobal.net.

WHY:
American Airlines Cargo Managers are providing “Extreme Suite Makeovers” for 8 of the guest suites at the Ronald McDonald House of Fort Worth. The teambuilding activity is part of the airline’s annual managers meeting. Teams will be provided with $700, a bus & driver, maps to area shops and route to Ronald McDonald House and a digital camera for photo taking along the way.

Located across the street from Cook Children’s Medical Center, the Ronald McDonald House of Fort Worth provides help, hope and a home-away-from home for the families of critically ill children who travel to the area for medical treatment. Last year, 906 families received lodging and care at the Ronald McDonald House of Fort Worth.
